Default Tracker over tracking

Weeks back when my car went in the body shop, I thought nothing of my tracker.

However the first night they have the car I get a call at 3:00 am waking me up to tell me they have had a battery alert on the car. In my sleeping stupper I told them the car was in the body shop and will have have the battery removed.

I said that it would be there for 4 days an the noted that

So the following night at 3:00 am guess what... Yup they called again to tell me the same

Fast forward to tonight, I am about to fit a new battery, so I thought I would be prepared, and to save a 3:00am call, called Tracker and told them I wa going to removed the battery in the next 15 mins and not to worry about the alert.

So I remove the battery and before I can put it down the phone rings ...........guess who......

I'd rather them call too much than not enough

I had exactly the same on my last car but as Matty said, I'd rather them call too often than too late

Calls at 3 am when they have been told the car is in a body shop with the battery out...
And then another call at 3 am the following day for the same reason......

Really happy with them letting me know something I told them especially when they ring a 3am

Is this all a good thing... really?
