never had any issues with him! Ive had 2 scoobies mapped with him with no issues but now i just need a tweak as ive put an induction kit and exhaust on!

he might be busy!; but when he tells me when he can do it, why not turn up or send a message that hes overbooked and will have to rearrange the booking rather than ignore me!

Andrew is a regular mapper at Tegsport and he is probably best reached by contacting them.

Or contact Brian @ CAMS and arrange getting your map done via them (Andrew does a fair bit of work for them).

I did have an issue getting hold of him at first, but when I did he was very friendly, he tweaked my map as it was over boosting after a decat and I haven't had any issues since.

Personally I recommend him, it's just getting hold of him is a bit of an issue

He did the carberry on my current one and my simtek on my old one. One of the best mappers IMO but is a pair to get hold of sometimes. Worth the hassle though!

If someone doesnt bother when things are going right what chance do you have when things go wrong, simple to work out and avoid,

Andy Carr super friendly guy knows his stuff and is a top mapper ,never had a problem with him
He's mapped my car twice and a tweaked it and is spot on every time.
But i don't phone him personally as he is always busy but let Pole position arrange it as he is there every week.He is also at Teg sport and other tuners weekly so that might be your best bet Rickfh
i must say i have used quite a few mappers and Andy Carrs up with the best

ive used him twice now and dont really want to use anyone else! Brian at Cams is having the same issue as me! Ive thought about booking through TEG but dont feel that i should have to as ive always contacted him directly!

Andy can be hard to get hold of usually because he is so busy I cannot comment on why he doesn't return some calls but for me he is one of the most honest and genuine guys you could meet
I have had about a dozen maps off him over the last 4 years with no issues

I can on echo what Dave has said, Andrew is very good at what does surely this this is reflected by his work load. I don't think he deservs comments like

The one place you won't find him is on here as the kangaroo court in here is a joke, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I'd rather have someone who really knows their stuff mapping my car than some one who is good at admin and knows a bit about mapping!

Give the guy a break threads like this get you nowhere!

Andrew Carr has mapped 6 of my imprezas and all have been perfect, people forget that he's a busy man! Normally on the dyno at TEG Sport but they still expect him to reply to texts and phone calls right away!
On my latest car we achieved 430.4bhp / 428.9 ft lb on a md321t @ only 1.6 bar on Vpower.
I have every faith in his mapping and you gotta remember these ppl are busy on dynos - ever tried to answer your phone on one hahaha

I've used JGM before (r.i.p) but now needed to use someone else. Due to working 12-14 hours a day mon-fri i couldn't have my car done during week. He come along way on a Saturday in the cold to do my car for me. So no complaints here

The best mappers are busy, very busy, and have no need to advertise. Andy Forrest is a PITA to get hold of at times but that isn't going to stop me going to him for anything map related. If you want to pay more then go to somewhere like Scoobyclinic where you have good mappers AND good reception skills. Personally I'm happy to wait a little longer...
