Default SCR prepaired VF Racing car heads to Spa

After a very successful 2014 season, the final of the "classic thunder saloons" is this weekend at the legendary Spa circuit in Belgium.

Yesterday at 3.00 AM the team set off to see if we can take both 1st in class and 1st overall , unfortunately the anoraks at the MSA decided to allow a no show as a score meaning that competitors that failed to race on one one more events can use those scores as their throwaway rounds of which every competitor is allowed to throwaway 2 of their worst rounds and keep their best one.

This means that Vaughan who did show for all rounds now has a big race on his hands to claim the title, this MSA ruling has moved the V8 Ford falcon up the leader board and now there is only six points instead of 12 between Vaughan and Andy Robinson the Fords pilot.

Although not in Vaughan’s class Andy Robinson has been Vaughan's nemesis this season with his ex touring car and is firmly in Vaughan's sights to be beaten, however Andy Robinson is the only one competing in his class this weekend so is guaranteed a class win........

All to play for.
