trading standards?
I went up to scooby world in loughborough a few days back, 35 mile drive,
the fella sitting in the office didnt even bother to come out of his chair to speak to me, and when he saw me he turned his chair around, and i waited for around 10 mins then a lady pops out and trys to help me with query.
i was trying to get some help with silicone hoses, poor lady didnt know much and she tried to ask him if it was a correct part and he didnt respond to her, rather mumbled like he talked out his rear silencer.
really feel this place need re-organising staff at front.
anyone else had this issue?

Everyone has a bad day, he could of had some bad news just before you went it?
I agree its unprofessional and even if something terrible has happened, you have to rise above it and mission on, but could of been a tough situation, but yeah going in to a store to spend money , when you can probably buy the same stuff online for cheaper, means you expect the real customer service of a real store.
I've never dealt with Scoobyworld personally so know nothing of their service and if this a one off or not
