Awesome car and spec.

Not sure many people would spend £17k on it though.

Very nice but if I had that kind of money to spend on a Subaru then you'd be a lot wiser to add another £10k to your budget to get the real deal... A 22B.

It is a very nice car but as above £17k is a bit rich IMO, it needs to be a fair bit closer to £10/12k and he might get a bite.

I thought this car looked familiar and dug this up... https://www.scoobynet.com/members-ga...-widearch.html

I might be wrong, but I'm sure there was a For Sale thread for it too.

That is exactly how an Impreza should look. The classic 2 door is the best looking Impreza ever made. Iconic. Maybe the cars that came after are better in some ways, but they can't hold a candle to that in terms of looks.

Which is an absolute bargain. These cars are just not worth what's been put into them, unfortunately.

Edit: I suspect this car would be worth more being broken for parts, as so many are these days.

Not really, probably not even £10k in it in parts, ok some fancy front wings but who's going to pay £2k each for them?????? shell is worth £3k complete tops.

Apart from that your talking Syvecs, Ap 6pots, and SC38, which is around £2,5k on a good day, the rest is much of a muchness in reality and might just scrape another £5k with all the work involved time and effort to strip and package it all up it's not much of a proposition really.

At the end of the day it's a tarted up Type R, all be it a very nice one but bare in mind the likes of banny's 666 bhp 2.35, hawk 6 speed and all the trimmings went for around £15k. This one looks nice but it's no £17k car, I stand by my estimate of between £10/12k.

You never get out what you put into cars like this, sad but true.
