Help me on track day b4 the scoobys gone!!!

Selling the scoob in six weeks to finance something known as a HOUSE (really considered caravan attached to the scoob as alternative to having to sell it!!!)
Need 3 things:
1. Insurance place for trackday???
Please note my normal insurance is £2370 for a year - no i havn't crashed or been done ever (only time i wish i could be older than 23 though!!!!
2. Will i need helmet etc for easytrack day at aulton park??
3. Will i knacker anything on my ppp spec MY97?? - brakes, tyres etc - all are brand new std spec i think??
P.s anyone feel sorry i have to go back to an M reg rover!! 216 coupe thats been abandoned in the path since the scoob arrived 2mths ago!! - won't pull me out of bed in the morning possibly!!
