Default Creaky bc Coilovers

I have bc's on the car that are about a year old and have recently started to creak. It's particularly apparant at low speed and over speed humps. I am thinking of cleaning them then spraying them with either white lithium grease or a silicon based grease. Any ideas which is better and where to spray and where not to spray?

Already? This news is most unpleasant. I am planning on coilovers for my knackered wrx shocks. And the bcs last a year? Makes me think its something else thats creaking

Ive got bc with solid mounts, I did not like a ride on bumps but after I fitted whiteline roll centre kit and rear strut brace ride is now smooth. (I add torque solutions engine mount to make it perfect)
Rubber rear mounts could help to,but front needs definitely new bushings ,roll centre kit, drop links etc.

I didn't fit the bc's, they were on it before I bought the car but to be honest I prefer the set up I had on my hawk which was sti shocks and prodrive springs.

It may help when I offload the Bridgestone potenza's as they are solid but we'll see.

In the meantime if I can stop the creaking I'll be happy.

Is it definitely the coilovers? Creaking I'd normally put down to ARB bushings which can be fixed with about 4 undone bolts and a handful of grease.

True, worth a look I guess. Just assumed it's the Coilovers as the same noise front and rear over speed bumps etc.

Cheers guys. Silly question but Ive just noticed in the bc instructions (almost in English!) they say to always adjust the damping starting from hard rather than soft. I've been adjusting it starting from soft. Surely that wouldn't Make a difference?
