Not cheap to replace either.

I fear this could become more common as the cars are getting older and owners won't spend the money for replacements. Easier to steal someone else's.

Loctite on the threads and superglue/liquid metal on the screw heads. It might not stop them trying but the scumbags will have to make more noise to try nick em again!

I don't know what I think is worse but a Subaru owner stealing from another is mad.

You mention ebay, mine were taken months ago and I searched ebay daily until about 5 days ago and they were never on there.

Must be someone in the local area, annoyingly there are 3 other black blobs so could have been any of them!

Mine are now car-bonded on and screwed from behind!
