Default Spark plug gaps

What should the spark gaps be set to on the Subaru turbo models if the power is std.I fitted new prb6 plugs to my forester at factory set at 0.8 but I read different things and settings some suggest 0.6

Im changing my fuel filter today and some dodgy looking fuel pipes that connect to it just to double check on the spark plug gaps my car is running std power not mapped or anything yet is 0.7 the best setting to set the plugs at.The plugs are prb6 jobbies. Also when routing round in the car I came across my hand book for the forester and it clearly says I can run anything from ron 95 fuel but when you go to the petrol flap I have a sticking saying use super unleaded only both imformation is from Subaru as well
