Thumbs up

First you need to copy the address from the top of the page you want to link... in the bit where you'd type www. whatever. Click on it, so it's highlighted, right click, copy.

Go to where you want to put the link, paste in the addy, right click, paste, you'll end up with summat like... http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?threadid=100740 for example

Then you need to put [url*] before it, and [/url*] after it. Don't include the *, I've just put them there to make the demo work You'll end up with http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadid=100740

If you want to be posh you make the hyperlink read anything you want by simply...... writing in whatever you like!

Probably the easiest way to suss it is to try and edit my post, you won't be able to change anything but you will see how it's done

Good luck, it took me a few goes to sort it but I got loads of help from folk on here so I don't mind returning the favour

Jayz,

Basically you put [url*=http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/thread.asp?threadid=100740]type here[url*] but don't include the *. I only put * in there cos if I don't it creates the link

it's easy when you suss it!
