How do you empty fuel tank (meth users)
Just planning for the future, I'd like to have a second map, (20%). To do the calculations for the mix properly I'm assuming you'd need to have a virtually empty tank.
How to you get around this, or am I missing something.

I just run mine till its empty. Then refill with 10litres of meth. Every 4 or 5 tanks i run on just vpower to dilute the meth right out the system.

As Matt said, 12l of meth into tank and then brim with petrol (60l tank).
I used to use a 10l plastic jerrycan which can actually hold 12L and would pour that in first and then fuel up.
Oh and just to add, I only use to let the fuel level get to just below 1/4 and would then refuel.

Using meth is really very simple, I used it for over a year on my last car and recommend it to everyone. It's the easiest power you can get !!!!
You don't have to be perfectly spot on every time and your hands won't melt if you spill it on yourself like I've heard on here before.
I used to fill a normal fuel can with roughly 5lts, pour it in and then added 20lts of v power on top.
I used to get mine from gennychem and they also sell a tap that screws onto the meth container making it simple to use.

You could run on 50%, or 85% as far as i know, if you wanted. E85 is 85% ethanol and a good fuel. BUT, and it's a big BUT...you will need to run new fuel lines, sensors, change rubber seals, change the pump assembly etc as methanol is very corrosive.
And, as Banny says, fit a flex fuel sensor so the ECU can modify the map according to the exact fuel mix. Syvecs does this brilliantly

So would that completely remove the need for separate maps? As the ECU adapts for whatever mixture is flowing about

I've been running meth (20%) constantly for nearly 2yrs now, with no negative effects so far.
My car is used very sporadically, sometimes going for several months between use. Total annual mileage is iro 2.5k.
Some people say you should never leave meth (even as a mix) in your tank for periods of time, use uprated lines, seals etc. I'm running a standard fuel system apart from pump and injectors. Never had one issue with the % I use, or the way that I use the car itself.
Storage is via the 20ltr drums and they're cracked open (obviously re-sealed), and can take several months to use until I start another container. Again this causes me no issues so far (some people say meth can "go off" or be easily contaminated with moisture). Not something I have had a problem with, using common sense. I regularly log my ECU and see no issues due to degrading fuel quality.
There is a lot of hearsay out there about using meth (the negatives). I haven't seen one yet.
It gives me an extra 50bhp (let alone the torque increases, which are more important).

Not had a problem with 10% mix with fuel lines etc, but the diaphragm of my Fuelabs fuel pressure regulator failed as it was not methanol-proof. They changed the material a few years ago so new ones, and replacement diaphragms, are fine.
Likewise, fuel pressure sensors I used to sell failed within a few months of methanol exposure, so I had to replace a fair few out there with better items made using suitable materials.
Methanol *is* corrosive, but with a 10% or 20% mix you are unlikely to suffer any major issues. My comments, above, referred to 50% or 85% mixes, such as E85, when you really do have to be sure that anything the fuel comes in to contact with (especially seals) are made of the correct material.

A tank of fuel in my car certainly doesn't last long enough to worry about it separating!
Surely if it did the first couple of bends you went around would slosh it all up again anyway?
