Default Misfire issues

I'm in need of some help to try and diagnose a misfire that has been plaguing my car for quite sometime. This misfire only happens when the car is fully up to working temperature, as soon as the turbo boosts it back fires through the exhaust and pops back through the air box but what does seem to clear it is if you turn the ignition of and let it stand for few seconds or so and restart it and the misfire then disappears and the car boosts and pulls as it should for a few miles and then the problem returns.
Here's a list of genuine new parts I've bought new and changed this week.

Coil pack, knock link, coolant temp sensor.
The car had an uprated fuel pump last year, spark plugs, vac pipes and the car is now running mafless so it's not that or the ECU.

I have spent a lot of time searching on here for a thread with a similar fault but found nothing, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance Jay

I've connected the plugs together under the dash and it's showing no fault codes at all.

Its a classic then?

could be a faulty crank or cam sensor, try fitting a known working crank sensor off a breaker and give that a try. You should get one on here for pennies.

Yes, it's an V3 STI, thanks for the advice. To me it does feel electrical/sensor related. When I do get to the bottom of what it is I'll post it up.
