Recently had Cambelt done with a new waterpump and new coolant and after the 1st time I drove it i noticed sort of mayo in the coolant. Wiped cap and mixed it up with my finger driven 100 miles or so since and water is now clear. Could this have been crap in the pipes or reaction with coolant from perhaps a different type in there before?? Had a sniff test done and all fine (I know this is a gas test not oil) if it was headgasket surely be other symptoms plus it would return mayo pretty quick??
