Aztec Performance
Anyone know what's going on over there? The phone line has a pre-recorded message on it and I have no confirmation of an order I placed on the 29th other than the Paypal receipt. I have sent emails and also left a PM on here and have had no response to any. Their last post on here was the 25th April so clearly they are still “active”
Getting a bit worried as I really need my brake kit….

Due to this mild sarcasm, I decided to search again. Result! Cheers Matt
I apologise for merely scanning the posts when I searched for Aztec the first time and skipped the big bugger recently. Must actually read the search results in future
Anyway, now I know a lot more. Still doesn't help me though.

Well, the brake kit turned up just now. So that is a relief. TBH I don't even care that it was stated as next day but took two, I am happy it has turned up at all.
Zero communication to customers will kill a company. I know I won't be using them again.

Your order was processed and delivered on time. You placed an order online on the afternoon of 29th after the same day cutoff time (midday, as stated on website), order was dispatched 30th April and delivered on 1st May (i.e. on time, next working day).
Our website automatically sends out confirmation messages along with a copy of your VAT invoice, first when your order is "processed" and another when "completed". If it's not in your inbox it will be in your spam filter.
So you've been sent 3 emails confirming various updates of your order (payment complete, order processed, order completed/dispatched) and it was dispatched and delivered on time.
I do get some bizarre complaints at times, once a guy ordered something at 4.30pm and then called first thing the next morning saying his order didn't turn up last night?!
