Default Powerbox smart phone app

Anyone seen this?

A smart phone app that connects wirelessly to your car's battery then boost and fuel mapping can be controlled by the accompanying smartphone app via iOS or Android.

I assume you plug something into the battery? Can't find much info on it.

Is this new, stupid or good?

It would be safer throwing bolts in with your oil.

Saw a video (that I couldn't watch) of it in action on Reuters website.

Seems like an easy to install ecu mapping device. I have been waiting for an EU version of COBB tuning's computer thingy. Would love if that was UK compatible

How can a smartphone or even a laptop for that matter alter your cars fuelling solely by connecting to the battery All those features are accessed via the ecu

Looks pretty good if you ask me! Bit pricey at 600 dollars, but that will come down soon.
