I've fitted a custom gauge pod over the weekend but it replaces the centre heater vents and looks very nice, just need to get it flocked now. I can post up a pic of that tomorrow if it's of any use to you??
I know what your after and I was considering one but the ones I've seen are only suitable for 2 gauges and had to make do with a 3 gauge pillar pod which I wasn't keen on fitting but thanks to The Trooper he came up trumps with the custom pod he had.
No one seems to make a decent pod for a V1-3

Yeah, that would be good. I have considered the vent option but think that I want a quick flick of the eyes rather than having to look across to the centre of the dash. My idea is to mount to gauges on the steering cowling so that the cluster isn't obstructed.

No worries, I'll post it up tomorrow when I get home. Its probably not what your considering but I do have a brand new 3 gauge pillar pod bought from Scooby World and never fitted I'd sell if you cant find anything tidy and give in like I did

This is a mock up of what I'm going to graft together tomorrow. From the drivers seat they dont obscure the current gauges and they will have a switch to turn the illumination on or off. The only thing I havent tried yet is if the top cowling can be taken offf and refitted when the 2 pods are in place.

Not sure what else is required to make it fit properly, though.
