ISO fix in jdm cars

Default ISO fix in jdm cars
Do JDM newage STIs have ISO fixing points in them, I seam to recall the Spec C doesn't have them. When did they start fitting them? And are all newage UK STIs equipped with them?

Pretty sure they aren't in my widetrack jdm, but they were in my old uk car, jdm also has centre lap belt in back.
