Have refreshed, emptied cache, etc. The link on the page I get is

Which sends me nowhere. What is the real link to the pdf?

apologies, looks like the link to the actual download was broken when they updated our website over the weekend. when i checked the page came up but i didnt download the form again.

i've just rung the guys tonight and the link will be repaired tomorrow, meantime please do email us on enquiries@trackdayplus.com and i will email a form out direct if you dont want to wait.

it appears the broken link is now fixed, and the entry form is now available to download again, if someone can please give it another go from their pc.
