Default Morts Bug 2009 to Now.

Bought my bug over 4 years ago now, a few pics from how she was, to now.

Added a blob scoop, quickly realized it didn't really suit the car. Was/Is my first scoob though, I didn't know any better then.

Painted the callipers Red

Drove up to Soobyworld to have a few bits done, again I should have known I didn't need to drive that far just to get some work done...

Cambelt changed, Ninja2, Hel brake lines and red flaps.

Discovered I didn't live that far from Japperformance parts...oh dear. Wallet took a bashing.

Booked the car in at a open day at a graphics firm in Kent, did the bonnet and the roof. ( been on for 3 years, took the roof off this week )

Also went into that "room" again...got a STI grill, and de-badged it, and mesh fog covers.

First purchase from HT Auto's...rear bumper spats.

Had her detailed back in...when ever the world cup was.

Then I finally saw sense...and coughed up some more money, a real rear spoiler came up, in the correct colour, and didn't need any painting.

Then I decided to smarten up the engine bay a little. KN Typhoon and Dumpvalve from people here. STI brace and rad cooler plate from that "room" again.

Finally tracked down some Hellatones, and got a jap style plate. The misses at the time was into Photography, so the took the next few. Fog covers off again...

Then it all went a bit wrong...misses ran off with another Scooby owner...bitch. A classic as well...grumble grumble.

So the car didn't change at all until May last year. Did mainly just service bits, full fluid changes, pads...blah blah.

Winter this year, got a blue boot for £30! Yes £30! Got some carbon wrap from ebay and covered it myself. Jesus...didn't turn out too bad, took 6 hours though.

Also was feeling "yobbish" so got a Vortex Extreme. Wow..its bonkers loud.

Which brings me to present day.

Ripped all the insides out, fitted Hawk seats, carpet and dash. JDM hazard doofer, and plastidiped the console.

Added 3mm spaces to the rears, wanted to fill the arches just a bit more.

The wallet took a bashing again. Side skirts from here again ( Thanks ) then by luck Matt got a Prodrive in to break. I snapped up the bumper. Fitted it, and thought...its not right without the grill. Sadly the car that donated the bumper, someone else already had the grill.

Vortex extreme taken off. My ears were always bleeding.

Then what..what! Matt had another prodrive in black in to break. Grill mine!

Now in my mind, I've created what in my head is the perfect bug. Blob rear lights. Hawk interior, which is modded to light up red. Hvac, dials, clock. Prodrive front end...bumper, grill, lights.

STI JDM Pink struts/springs ( again from that bloody room ) and Brembo's

The only thing left to do, is drop it just a tad. And maybe some XXr's.

And...think about engine options, shes on 100k
