Question new car need help

Hi I have got a Suburu Impreza 2.0 turbo 1994 I need some advice on what to do to it first

To achieve exactly what?

Faster on the road?
Fast up the 1/4 mile?
Demon on a gravel stage rally
Bling in a Car Show?

Can only give some thoughts on the first one
No relavant experience on the second
No real idea for the third
Used to do the last in the 70's!

As graham has said, decide what you want, then mod it to suit that desire..... including brakes....
