I have a mechanically sound mr2 mk1, its rusty as tho. So... I want to turn it in to a once a month track / summer kit car westfield style, but i want to retain the mid engined layout. Any one point me in the right direction, the engine is frequently used in westfields so i bet theres a full mk1 based kit somewhere for me to buy?

If you want to stay mid-engined then you're cutting down the options significantly - does it have to be mid? Mid-engined options include the Sylva Mojo2 (http://www.sylva.co.uk/mojo.html) and Fisher are currently working on a mide-engined version of the Fury.....
As far as I know there isn't a kit that is specifically designed to use all of the mk1 mr2 running gear - but I stand to be corrected!
Cheers

I've got a fully caged Mk1 rolling shell that just requires some elbow grease and work to complete to respray (and I have the paint and parts to complete the shell including new windscreen) I was looking to build a track car until my Scooby went pop and has eaten up all my money!
Let me know if you are interested.
