My personal favourite was the Karate Chop move to split the block, complete with trademark tweenierob purple glove.

PMSL! The purple gloves have run out

Right then...

Picking 2.5 block up tomorrow along with an oil pump and studs.
Pavlo picked up my STi4 Heads last night to have a play with (not literally Paul!!)
I'll get some pics for the masses over the weekend/monday of what is ahead.....
Still unsure what turbo to run with the 2.5, looking at John banks thread the 20G sounds like a good choice... But i also like the idea of a Garrett... Will see what my Budget allows....

The car needs
2 Front seats,
Rear diff, Prop and gearbox (picking up on sunday, cheers Nick)
Front headlights and grill
Bonnet is repairable but The group buy on CF Bonnets is too good to turn down.

Nice one Paul, I have aquired WRX gears and diff(4.1) from Nick for now, i quite liked the gearing on my old WRX whereas i wasn't Keen on the Ra gears. I suspect that the gears wont last long with my lame shifting anyway

Good Good!!

BMW has gone AT LAST!! For the scooby people out there thinkin sellin scoobs is hard F*ckin hell!!

TBH i am 100% certain that the car will not be complete until next year, but that gives me plenty of time to carry out some 'bits n peices' that i wouldnt normally have time for.. All documented on this thread..

If anyone out there has a TD car that they would like to sell between 1-1.5k please give me a mail...

Rob

Are you seriously putting a std WRX gearbox behind a tuned 2.5 ? AND considering a bigger turbo than the 20g
