Another question for you does the condition of the dash make any difference to the flocking process? For instance the dash in my car at the moment has adhesive on the top of it where someone has stuck a gauge pod to the dash and my spare dash has a couple of very small holes in it where someone has screwed a gauge pod to the dash

That's cool It doesn't really matter to me because I have a spare dash ready for flocking, I just wondered how it worked

holes etc are not too much of a problem
i always tidy the dash up filling holes and repairing cracks etc before flocking
people don't realise how much prep is involved before you are in a position to apply the flock
flocking is great for dash boards that have been cracked or sustained some cosmetic damage, for instance i do a lot of early ford and vw cars that have all cracked from the sun
