I really like these rims so considering keeping them for myself and having them powder coated black but was wondering how much they would sell for as if i could get around £500 inc tyres i would be very tempted to sell.

Reason being that ive just had to fork out for a new shell as my chassis is dead and bent!!! And now behind on my re-build etc.

Very rare alloy wheels. With decent tyres and a good clean i think you'll be looking at £500 easy. Don't powder coat them black!!! That's sacrilege lol

Don't be fooled, the SLs aren't that rare, sets come up all the time. If in tip top condition with almost new tyres you'd be looking at £500 for 18s at a push. 17s more like £300 - £400. If you really want to get top dollar for them, give them a good clean up and get the inside of the wheel as clean as the outside.

As for needing a new shell, keep an eye out on here fella as you hear of them going for £50 with identity just because people want rid after breaking. Good luck.

Mmm quite rare these days might be a few more OZ rims flying around for things like vauxhall astra's and the like lol but not so sure about scoobies.

As for a shell i had one delivered on tuesday mate Hence trying to get on with breaking the 98 uk turbo shell
