Default 2006 Hawkeye STI Type-UK

2006 2.5l Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type-UK
40k miles
12 months Tax
7 months MOT
Last service December 2009 so next not due for around 10k miles or 9 months

I viewed many Impreza’s looking for a perfect example and this one led me across to Northern Ireland to buy it that was how far I looked for my exact specification hence the Northern Ireland plates on the car which are perfectly fine to be driven on.

The car was originally bought and registered in Doncaster 2006 before being sold to a chap in Northern Ireland whom I then bought the car from last year.

In Northern Ireland you don’t need an MOT till the 4th year of the car, in England it’s 3 years so once I bought the car it was immediately MOT’d this is why the Tax and MOT dates don’t line up.

The car has had a few bits done to it and also includes a full-service history.

STI V-Type Front Splitter
ProSport Oil Pressure Gauge
ProSport Oil Temperature Gauge
ProSport Boost Gauge
Defi Gauge Pod
PSI3 ECU Data Manager flush fitted
WMA/MP3/CD/Ipod/Iphone Player with Intergrated Parrot Bluetooth Hands-Free Kit
18” Iscari Competition Alloy Wheels (tyres have 5k+ miles left on them)
Tein Lowering Spings
Hyper-Flow CAI Kit
Uprated Fuel Pump
ECUTek Remap
Milltek Full Exhaust System inc Downpipe (heat wrapped)
Privacy Glass
Rally Guard Mud Flaps

With these modification the car kicks out a very healthy and reliable 361.9bhp and 402 ft-lb torque. Rolling road graph to prove of course as well.

Along with the modifications mentioned above the car comes with all the standard STI features such as:-

STI Rear Spoiler
Xenon Headlights
Defi Dials
6-Speed Gear Box
DCCD Variable Control
Intercooler Water-Spray

This isn’t the first Impreza I’ve owned and probably won’t be the last but I’m getting married this year in July and as it’s a once in a lifetime day I want it to be perfect and I’m not financially able to do so without freeing up some money and the car is the obvious option.

Cars are a huge interest and a major hobby for me, this car has been well looked after by myself however I wouldn’t want to not be honest and there is a few ‘minor’ stone chips on the front which I believe you will find on any 40k mile car. I will try photo these but in all honestly I don’t think the camera will pick them up.

I am in no rush to sell this car, I’m not going to let it go for silly money either I appreciate it might be higher priced than some but then I believe the condition and modifications justify the price.

Please don’t waste my time if you’re a tyre-kicker. If you have any questions or comments please just ask I’ll endeavor to answer them as best and honestly as possible I wouldn’t wish to waste anyone’s time travelling to view.

The car is available for immediate sale and at the time of this post sits on 40,204 miles.

£13,995 ovno.

I have standard STI wheels and would be willing to sell the car with these on if preferred and would lower the price to reflect.

These pics are slightly older but the car sits and looks the same as present

Awww Andy cant believe you're selling my old Scoob.
If anyone needs any reassurance on how good this car is feel free to contact me. I've also got dozens of photos of the mods going on the car.
Good luck with the sale and married life.

BUMP as I step up the process of trying to sell the car.

A few people asked about the RR proof when I listed this originally so below you'll find attached the dyno graph.

Each of those squares makes up 13 ft-lb torque on the graph so follow it across and you'll see it's one square about the 390 marker so 403 ft-lb torque.

Any sensible questions and please do ask.

Kind Regards,

Andy.

BUMP

Open to sensible offers.

Noticed was a bit sketchy on some info, it's full service history and stamped book, the 2 keys, RAC Trackstar only ever driven with higher RON fuel, I don't track the car and neither did the previous owner who is a member on here.

Car has both keys and all paperwork for services, MOT and various pieces such as the Miltek Exhaust, the ECUTek map etc.

Also will be including the clock surround where the gauges are sitting and standard exhaust.

Looks like this will be sold come Saturday but few pics I've snapped for the guy traveling from Northern Ireland to view.

This was a 15 min 2 bucket wash, it's not been polished or wax but gives an idea of the car and paintwork.

SOLD.

Actually sold on Thursday so took a whole 3 days on Pistonheads. It'll be heading back to Northern Ireland on May 15th when the new owner has leave from work. New owner was due to come Saturday but the flight issue at the moment meant his flight was cancelled

I thought it would sell quick but must admit 3 days was quicker than suspected I thought it might take at least 1 weekend.
