anyone had bad dealings with " upandunder "
it seems i have been ripped off, not a large amount but enough £30, i paid him for a deposit on a clutch but it wasnt an good to me, he wont repay my deposit, keep ringing & leaving messages but no call back

There was a long-running thread about this same guy ripping other people off quite recently, so I feel terrible for you if you've handed cash over since then. I'm pretty sure several of them have reported him to the police now:

Fire me in satpink ...... It's not even the money it's the whole ****ing principle of stealing can't understand it infuriates me ..... I have plenty time to phone his house and as I start work at 5am I'll start then

yeah I agree with you .. people now have to be cautious I'll still use it as I believe 99% are decent guys .. What I would like to see is scoobynet making it compulsory that if you want to sell in here then your public profile must include your name .. Address and landline number it's a bit protection for the buyer
