I hope you get some useful responses. I put a similar query on last week and got a couple of additions to the thread. Ive got an RB5 Im going to sell, about the same as yours but 8k. I reckon its 'worth' 22 but getting a buyer in the current climate might be a different story.I shouldn't even try to sell it on this site, you only need to check out the zero replies to the cars for sale ads.At the moment Im a bit stuck without knowing a decent selling site. Trying to trade it against any other make is a nightmare as dealers are frightened to death of them. I think the glory days of Subaru ownership are over and in danger of going down the Cosworth pan.
Sorry to be a bit negative but you only need to read a few of the threads on here to get the flavour of things.
If you do manage to sell it or get buyers falling over themselves put the overflow onto me. Let me know how you go on.

Have you asked a Dealer? I got a good cash offer (IMO) for my RB5 from my local dealer (Lancaster, Sevenoaks) last February. Prices have 'softened' even more since then but from my experience you might get offered £20K!!!
At least you'll get a bottom line value!
Cheers,
Dieter

Yeah, Lancasters seem to realise higher prices than anyone else, they currently have a regular (no PPP) RB5 for like £23k - madness if you ask me, when a friend just told me he was bid only £16k for a MY00!
Still, thats special editions for you ;-)
Regards,
Chuck
(22B UK - Im sure I didn't pay too much

Sold my May 99 Rb5 (not prodrive),27k,modded exhaust had to be removed,to Lancasters for £18,750.They sold it for £22,000.
Car had dealer service history, three small dings, apart from that it was fine.
Couldnt get a sniff from anyone else.
I have a very good friend in the trade so if anyone wants a REAL value let me know.It will always be lower than you think.

As a guide, standard UK turbo '99 on a T plate (values are about a month out of date)
10 k trade £16,750 retail £18,700
25k trade £15,750 retail £17,695
Assumes cars are in "clean" condition.
Of course the dealers always charge more than the retail.
