Decent spec mate, but if i were you i would be bending over backwards to obtain build details, who did it,when, who mapped it ect ect. Its a minefield selling a classic with 400bhp, trust me and watch this thread unfold. You definately will get closer to your asking price with the above mentioned.

Good luck pal

Again with 92k on it you will need to get proof of build to get your asking price, to be honest i would bite your mans arm off who offered 5,750

Easy, £6k is cheap for a 400hp Scoob

Can a 20g produce 400hp though?

was imported 2003 so it aint 92k in miles which is a mixture miles and kilometres so is lower than that anyway, 6 grand is a well fair price n you can just look at engine n box is so clean looks like it came off production line yesterday, i know some1 will look at car for what it is an buy it for what i want, i could make up loads of **** bout remap n engine build n gear box but im an honest seller could prob get some dodgy paper work if i really wanted ,but this car has had loads spent on it n cherished i think it will just sell its self, the only thing i will say that going through all the history today i think turbo has been changed as found a reciept for a vf turbo n thats not what is on the car as ive checked

nice spec but a majority of people who would be looking for a 400bhp car would really want to see build cost, who did it, who mapped it etc for peace of mind, as through out your ad (and great as you are being open and honest but) you mention so many times, ''not sure of this, not sure of that, think its got this'', at the minute its a potential mine field for someone and that can be off putting, i think that's all scoobyboy was trying to explain but mate should of taken the £5750 offer it was only 250 quid less then what you wanted and now you still have it and are trying to sell it for less.

it looks v.clean and as said a good spec so best of luck with the sale i hope you get what you want for it

btt for a cheap well spec'd car
