If you can find any proof of he rebuild IE a receipt from the last owner or can find out the company who rebuilt it I'd be interested.

Put in the leg work to contact the old owner who can tell you who did the work and then you contact the engine builder for evidence of the build.

looks like quality parts on there! but people dont wanna take the gamble when the 5k car can end up costing them 9k almost immediately if they suffer an engine failure.
