Exclamation For Sale: Chrome Bonnet Stays For All Imprezas

Hi Guys,

I've just placed an order to have 50 bonnet stays for a mixture all version of Impreza (Classic, Bugeye, Blobeye, and Hawkeye) polished and chromed.

I have been told they should be ready in 3-4 weeks.

I will soon be placing a listing on eBay, but I though I'd drum up a little business on here first. What I don't sell on here will go on eBay.

Delivered (Via Royal Mail first class recorded) the stays work out at £25.

I will be accepting Pay Pal as a payment method (I will accept other payment methods such as cheque, but I would prefer Pay Pal to make my life easy)

No payment yet, as it could all go wrong, touch wood it doesn't.

If you want one start a list and yourself to it, and that will reserve your stay.

As soon as I have the stands polished and chromed I will update the thread and will start accepting payment.

If you have any questions PM me by all means.

A bonnet stay, the factory OEM part that you prop the bonnet open with.

The long thin metal pole.

£25 is a bit steep for a thin piece of metal to hold your bonnet open.

How much do you think they worth them?

I've see AS and Bailey do them for £20 plus postage for other cars, but I can't find anyone that does them for Imprezas.

I didn't think £25 deleivered was a bad price, considering its a one off deal, and Especially when big companies do them for £20 plus postage.

I'll play with my figures and so what I can do.

I might be able to get cheaper packaging and or send them on a cheaper service.

Hello there, I've not got any of the stay chromed yet, I've held off at the moment due to people thinking the price is too high.

Its gone cost me a few hundred pound to invest in this little group buy, and if I'm not gonna get my money back, its not gonna be worth me doing it.

So the more interest I get now the more likely I am to go ahead with it.

Invest in a bulk/group buy of dampers instead

Bonnet dampers are much better and make things easier mate, i'd deffo be interested in them

Had them OEM on my old vecra v6 it made life so easy
