I have a tek2 ECU from power engineering for sale, need a standard ecu compatible with 2000 MY turbo saloon in swap plus £300.

Have rolling road printouts from power engineering showing 282bhp and 272lb ft with full scoobysport exhaust and panel filter.

Need to sell today or tomorrow, am based in york.

Beacause I'm an idiot when it comes to ECU's am I write in thinking that if I plug your ECU into MY00 turbo I can expect the same figures??

 

Not without changing the zaust and filter at least

 

Tek2 is mapped to make the most of de-cat and air filter...you need to have these to put on a tek2.

Yes thats right the ecu will just plug into your car, but to get the full benefit a decatted exhaust and filter will give the same figures.

I have just put my standard exhaust back on and the car is still quicker than standard, but needs the decat to really fly.
