Hi all, my Mrs is looking to sell her 2004 A2 as she needs a bigger car. It has been fully maintained by myself and a friend who is a fully trained VW mechanic. Full service end of last year including cambelt and water pump. Three new tyres fitted for the MOT end of August last year and new Pagid discs and pads on the front with system bled just last week. Being an FSI sport model it has 17" wheels, air con, electric mirrors, semi bucket seats etc. Well specc'd for a small car. Engine is the same as the polo GTI but tuned to have a bit more low end torque. Goes well for a 1.6 because being made of aluminium it is very light. Now for the bad bit... The car is unfortunately a Cat D but this was a year after the car was new and was fully fixed with original parts by a specialist garage. In our five years of ownership this has not once been an issue. Looking for £1200 ovno as I think at this price it is a steal! Worth well in excess of £2000 if it wasn't a Cat D.. It is a fun and economical and well a bit different. Will be a shame to see her go but needs must and all that.

Does come with a parcel shelf and rear headrests but was too dark to take pictures after I had finished cleaning it. Will take some tomorrow.

 

Headrests and parcel shelf back in. Oh and a spare wheel because these never came with one out the factory. Mrs would probably take £1100 because she has new car now. Thanks.
