Default Window shopping with 6-7K

I'm doing some window shopping at the moment with looking to spend 6-7K on a weekend car come the summer time.

Current line-up:-

Blob impreza STI (previously owned WRX)
EVO 7/8 (try something different from another Scooby)
E46 M3
Ford Focus ST
Supra TT (Don't think my dog will fit in the back)

Anyone have any good/bad to say about the above selection or can recommend other cars worth a shout?

Yeh I have seen a couple kicking about on pistonheads/ebay.

A garage called junction 17 have a real nice looking sti, which I could be a bit naughty and get it on finance and get it sooner than summer.

Out of that list, I'd say the Evo. If it's a weekend toy only.

Focus ST? Really? as a weekend toy? Go the whole Hog, and get an Orange one !!

1. Skyline GT-R R32 V-Spec
2. Skyline GT-R R33 V-Spec
3. Nissan Silvia S15
4. Nissan 200SX S14 (though bit old now, saw a mint one at Santa Pod last summer)

If you must have a Ford in the list, then a Ford Mustang GT.

TBH not sure how the Focus ST got in that list, did you really mean the Focus RS? might cost a bit more though.

I own a Focus ST running near enough 380bhp. Great cars but they definitely need a remap to reveal their potential, the boost is limited from the factory to around 0.6bar.

Basic mods can see them at 300+ (Remap, intercooler, full exhaust system and induction kit)

A remap alone will see an extra 30bhp ish and a boat load more torque

Sorry about the thread hijack.

What mods have you got to get it up to 380 bhp?

Thinking about a st as a replacement for my M3... (need a hatchback)

The only car in this list which you would get for 5-7k would be an s14
Assuming you weren't after an abused money pit
