Anyone rejected a 2nd hand car under Sale of Goods Act ?
I have read up on things, just looking for some advice from people who have successfully done this before.

Speak to trading standards and any local governing bodies. I did this with a Jag XJ that was decribed as 'immaculate'. Within weeks the laquer was peeling and there were big suspenstion knocks - they'd heavilly greased/oiled the bushes to seel it on. In my case I got a full suspension rebuild and professional re-paint on the car. Otherwise a refund was on the cards and had been agreed but it took a long time of me wearing them down. Document everything and get opinions. Record any and all correspondence.

Cheers, spoke to trading standards, then spoke to the dealer, one mention of a discussion with TS and they changed their tune. Looks like a rejection may not be needed afterall.

Remember, they need to try and fix it but if they don't then you can still go down the rejection route.
Issues arise if you part ex'd and they've flogged your old car already!
