Yesterday was a very sad day for me as I witnessed YUE going for Bailing. This is the end of a very long chapter in my life as I have owned the car for 13 and a half years and knew of the car for 10 years prior to that.
It has been blood, sweat, joy and tears owning her. The car achieved so much and was so well known.
I will miss it so much. But, Life goes on and I have a lovely MK1 RS2000 now which I will throw all my effort into to hopefully become just as well known.
Stunning mk1 you got the wood trim missing from the dash can see tell tell holes, and the center consul ?. I had 3 mk1s they are much stronger than the mk2 no door rattle on the mk1
He cibies are being painted Dove Grey and should be done today.

Wood pack has been re-furbished and is now back in place. Finally finished the interior last night apart from the sodding glovebox lol.
How the hell did the first one end up in such poor condition?
5t.
Was a modified multi concours winning car with the RS Owners Club. It unfortunately suffered a catastrophic fire back in may which resulted in it being a Cat A Total Loss.

ooooff!
Wondered. Didn't think you'd have driven it into the floor! (if you had I'm sure the club would have blacklisted you from buying another)
