Ive just got one to replace my meg trophy. DMF is the same with any car when they go people complain, many havent gone. Performance is good, not away from the line but once going it is very nippy. First startup they sound like a diesel but soon quiten down. Decent drive (mine is lowered) and I currently get about 49mpg which is 19 more than the meg with not much difference in performance.
Can be remapped quite cheaply as well for buckets load more torque and power, decats are a popular mod which doesnt affect the emmisions come mot time but will allow the engine to rev a bit better.
First diesel I have had, and too be honest it has suprised me

If it goes its expensive but you can get away with having a different clutch kit fitted which isnt duel mass so cheaper
They are great cars we have the st220 which is bloody great so the diesel should be just as good only thing is some if not most only have halfleather

Full leather? If so lucky lol normally blue cloth up the middle.. Yeah thats the other issue starter motors but saying that ours has done 104k and ive just started getting problems with the starter so gotta change it! Even though ours is the petrol version they still share eachothers problems lol
