Help me find the moon on a stick!!
Ok, looking to replace my brilliant MkV Golf GTi DSG with.......a van.
However, I really don't want a transit-size van if possible, as it will be my only vehicle.
As such, looking for recommendations on really good car-sized vans.
Criteria:
> Needs to be relatively fun to drive, happy to throw on some aftermarket wheels and suspension to help on that front. I appreciate no van is ever going to be especially dynamic.
> Needs to be a hi-top ( I'm assuming they do hi-top card sized vans? Excuse my ignorance. I need to be able to fit at least a 150x150 art canvas in the back, and ideally even 170 or 180cm ( although possibly across the angle, not necessarily straight up)
> Needs to be cheap. £5k max, but preferably even cheaper if possible.
Open to some left-field ideas/solutions! Van will be used for transporting motorbike / mountain bikes / art canvases.
(A second option is leasing something newer through the business, so also potentially interested in anyone who is doing this)
cheers

Yeah literally just browsing some ads now - looks like a winner?!
Any other alternative? What chassis does it use i.e. what mods are available (thinking simply a nice low-key set of alloys, mild suspension upgrade, some nice supportive seats)
thanks!

Bah - it's possiblynot going to work. Max load length for LWB is 2m but the bike is about 210. I wonder if it would work if I turned it at a slight angle once it's loaded?

theoretically looks ok?
Length is 198.6 width is 149 (122 between arches) giving 247 across the diagonal. Only worry I guess could be exhaust pipes fouling the inner arches stopping the bike getting fully across the diagonal. Must say it does still look like it will fit!
Anyone owned one and used it for transporting a motorbike?
