When Scoob's gone..........
#1
I need a budget, rapid motor - not too much to insure either. I can cope with insurance on MR2's and Golf GTI's, but there must be more choices out there. Can anyone reccomend anything? Also bear in mind that I've only got about £3600 to spend.

I've just sold a Rover Coupe turbo for £2150 (felt as quick as my new Scooby with a 150mph+ top end). Had to uprate the suspension and brakes so it stopped and went round corners. Better looking than the Scooby. Had 132000 miles on the clock and was still going strong. Insurance was £550 fully comp and protect NCB.
Should be able to pick up a much lower mileage one for £3600.
