Default Audi A1 Lead Time

My wife would like one of these to replace her A3. Anyone any idea on the lead time for one?

They are bloody expensive but have you seen the price of a Polo as well!

Shouldn't be a problem, sales are running at 60% of projections in Germany.

Depending on if your desired spec is in free stock or not. If not then I guess like most it will be made to order, then roughly 2 months.

If you have a diesel Skoda on order, the dealer will now pay you £1000 to take the equivalent petrol engine as well as recouping the cheaper price of the petrol version!

I did read that the VAG group are struggling to build enough Diesel engine to keep up with demand. Hence longer waiting list on TDI versions of any car in the VW/Audi/Seat etc ranges

Hello
I ordered a SE TDi A1 and the lead time is > 6 months!
Audi UK are apparently not pushing it due to low profit margins and UK dealers are getting 8 cars each which are mostly sold!

Why so much demand for what is essentially another bland small car?? Must be just for the fashion victim folks who must have the latest whatever.

Each to there own but f8ck that!

Sure its very good but looks a bit like a Citroen Pluriel to me

6 months would be too much of a wait for me!

We'd decided to pass as well, especially as I've turned to the dark side (BMW) we will need a bigger car for the tip run. She wants another A3, I'm thinking Golf GTi Edition 30
