Steering pump seems to have exploded, left a serious mess on the engine bay. Could have driven it home but didn't want to risk damaging anything else as I doubted there was much fluid left in her.

New front tyres, new clutch and new tax this month. Really didn't need/couldn't afford anything else to go wrong.

if it makes u feel better, it does have electrical gremlins lurking in the passenger side door. Some odd things have gone on in there.

Over £100 dealer only job to change a front foglight bulb?
Half an hour headlight out job for a headlight bulb?
Three hours, steering wheel and airbag out, half the dash removed to change an instrument bulb?

What mad French **** designed that? And I use the word, "designed" advisedly.

Oddly I quite like Citroens, especially their bigger cars! I must be a glutton for punishment!

My soul hasn't been destroyed enough yet to buy an Audi(or any other VAG car) and my wallet doesn't quite reach BMW money yet.

As for Jap, I like my Alfas interior too much.
