My current toy... Mini CooperS R53
I'm looking at getting my first Subaru sometime soon but this is my toy at the moment... We're looking at keeping the mini for my girlfriend and getting either a wagon or a forester for me, the dogs and the camping gear!

Cool Mini.
We have had 3, an 04 S and 04 One Conv, then a 06 S Conv.
Get ready for some grip and no flashing Traction Control Light!
I took an S works out whilst I had my first Scoob, the Salesman was impressed until I gave him a demonstration of superior engineering... into a roundabout and then booted it with the Mini at flashing lights at me and slowing... I explained that I would already be 100yds down the road in the WRX much to the guys disgust.
They are fun though....
Good luck for the Subaru hunt

Thanks for the reply
I know what you mean about the traction control... It is a bit eager in the Mini. I tend to turn it off if i know i'm going to be doing some slightly spirited driving It's a pain in the backside in the wet so it goes off straight away then!
I'm being drawn towards a bugeye (is that the one with the roundish lights) WRX wagon at the moment. We actually looked at one over the weekend but someone had beaten us to it and paid a deposit.
I'd like to find a good, standard one with reasonable miles on it. There's an 02 on Autotrader at the minute with 60000 miles, 2 owners, completely standard for £4875... Might be tempted to have a nosey if it's still there when i've got my finances sorted out

I too found the dark side, I had an R53 kicking out around 230 bhp, smiles all round
with the arrival of our first born I had to get a "family car" so the wife let me get a my05 WRX Wagon...... why didn't I get one sooner....
