£185 for a Kettle?

I replaced my boiler with a kettle. I thought i'd get a quality one as it's supplying hot water for the family as well as my brews. No way i could justify £185 though!

FPMSL that's quality.

My wallet is £185 lighter, but looking on that spec the kettle is 25% lighter on power, so I can tell one of my tree hugging bird mates that I'm doing my bit lol.

It's a great looking motor, but the extra wieght of the gold plating would slow it down too much...lol
