Default ford focus front sub frame

hi all, i noticed the other day that my front left wheel was tilted into the arch at the top where as the other side wheel is straight. a machanic mate of mine had a look underneath, cudnt find anythin bent, then noticed the subframe on the passenger side was lower than the other side by about an inch. talkin to another mate, he thinks its the bushes on the subframe. the handelin is terrible in the wet, it feels like u can feel somethin move underneath wen cornerin quickly. cud it just be the wishbone? any1 got any ideas???? please help.
