Citroen badges!
Other than the woeful reputation for quality here, what is the reason that so many of the xsara's are missing the top 'upside down v' part of the badge? Is this very 'street' and 'cool' or do they all just fall off? I'm genuinely really interested - i've seen half a dozen like this in the last few days....
Any ideas??

i used to own a xsara but it had both of the chevrons still intact. it always did seem to wobble a bit though and felt flimsey, so just they just fall off.
they get a lot of stick but it was more reliable than my scoob!! did 55,000 miles in mine with not one breakdown......

Don't knock citroens LOL
I've got 3 kids .....and when they were young had a Picasso which took them everywhere in a haze of vomit, **** and macdonalds without any complaints for a very cheap price
I now have a C8 diesel / shed which also takes them all over for very little pennies compared to the Impreza.
Bits of trim fall off but they start every time I turn the key

I just can't say weather or not I've had one on a public Subaru forum...
**** it, YES I HAVE AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD
I owned a ZX Volcane TD that had a pug engine in it and apart from the cheap tacky build it was an excellent car passive rear wheel steering - 40+mpg etc...
Mine was debadged though - maybe they just fell off?

Was coming off mine too (just stuck it back on )
Then i sold it and apparently it came off completly at about 60
You know where you stand with french cars - the trim in and out is going to fall off sooner or later
- id rather have that than anything major , as reliable also as anything else iv owned
