CO2 EMISSIONS OF ASTRA SRI 1.9 CDTI 150 XP
I was under the impression that the above car had a figure of 149g/km. This is according to Vauxhall and our company car fleet company. However, What Car says 157g/km.
I was considering a 56 plate however it transpires that the V5 (Registration document) states 157g/km.
The banding of car allowances at my work will work in my favour if under 150g/km.
Did this change or something after a certain age or something?

the latest Astra brochure does indeed quote under 150g/km. However follow the link to the VCA website and it quotes 158g/km. There is also a link to an Autocar article from 2004 that quotes 159g/km for the 150bhp 1.9.
It's only Vauxhall that quote under 150g/km. Maybe email and ask them to explain the discrepancy?
