Glasses Guide Price for a Corsa ?
Anyone got a glasses guide price for the following :
Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 Life
1st Reg Sept 2002
Black
Full Service History
Alloys, Air-Con etc....
16,500mile only.
A1 Condition, very low mileage, only used to ferry kids to school.
Just really want a heads up on what a dealer may offer as px, as thinking of upgrading to an Audi A3 TDi.
Cheers....

Here you go:
Part-exchange Price:
Excellent condition:
£2230
Average condition:
£2010
Below average condition:
£1775
Please note:
Unfortunately, we don't have a valuation for the requested mileage. However, we can value this car at 20,000 miles.
The dealer will knock off some cash from the car you are buying and load up the p/x price to lure you into the deal.

The AA do a glass's valuation for free to, and give you more than just the PX value of the vauxhall site - Car Buyers Guide - The AA
expect to get a few hundred pound behind glasses, most of our traders are finding things differcult at the momment, small cars are better than bigger but still a bit off glasses, and parkers is rarely anywhere near what p/x cars actually get.
i had an a210 come in as a p/x, was in parkers for 6250, and upto 7k for a p/x, it only glassed at 5550, the owner got really ****ty with me and kept quoting parkers at me, i tried to explain that its very very rarely accurate, to which i got the reply thats what they say so thats what i want, i told them (in a polite round about way) to call parkers and ask them to pay the money they quoted and then come and give me the cash as i could not get near it. they bought their new car saying they will sell it privately, however 2 weeks down the line when due to pick up their new car, they had to take our bid as they had had no interest.
you will get the money you want for your car occasionally as a part exchange, but we make no trade profit on our p/x s as we just want to do the deal, so normally the price we give for it is the price we get for it and the xtra money you may appear to get will just be a discount of the new car.
good luck with the sale.
