That's been up for a while now. Could be tempted myself. If they still have it in July or another mint one, then if the New Focus RS is FWD, I might look at getting a mint Escort Cossie.

You definitely get what you pay for with an Escort Cossie there are some absolute dogs out there.Waiting as well to see if the Focus RS is going to be four wheel drive would love another RS.Found this last night supposed to be the 4x4 thats been on all the forums.

I too had an FRS and always said that I'd like to have an Escort Cos.
As you say, there are a lot of dogs around but I really couldn't justify £20k sitting on my drive, at the moment for 6 days of the week, for something that's 15 years old.
I want something newer or going the other way, a good old classic with a V8.
I've LOADS of itches that need scratching like a Clio V6, Exige S, Cobra, M3/5, 996 TT and so on, most of them just too expensive, but when I could afford one they're too old and knackered! (although the Clio...hmmmm)
It's a vicious circle .......
