Default Evo X Specs

Have been having a look at the Evo X on the Mitsubishi site and was wondering what is the difference between the GS and GSR models - trim,BBS wheels,sat nav?There is a £2500 difference between the FQ360 GS and GSR models but cant see any difference on the website.Tried phoning my local dealer but they knew less than I did.

Hmmm

I was reading in Evo magazine that there are 2 specs of Evo being made. The "Standard model" and the "Premium model" They said the uk was only getting the Premium model, as we are one of the biggest markets for Evos. More FQ340's & 360's sold than any other spec.

The difference If I remember correctly, is that the premium spec (GSR) have bigger different designed wheels, and a more aggressive suspension set-up.

If we are now getting both specs over here, they must have changed there mind.

Just been on the website. Christ!!!

Take a look at the mpg figures of the FQ360. Combined on 19mpg , so in reality that'll be closer to 10-12mpg

A Porche gets better than that.

Mind you. Service intervals are now at 10,000 miles.

It now might be back on the list. Probably a FQ330 GSR

The website specification lists are identical for both the GS and GSR models - so was wondering why the price difference.
Can get a 10% discount on a new Evo through a scheme my work has with Mitsubishi so its got to be worth considering.

From what I know, you could get thousands off a new Evo (old models) so you should get a FQ330 Manual for quite a bit less than the £32,999 asking price.

A new Audi S3 specced up is £32K, and it's nowhere near as fast.

0-60
FQ300 = 4.7
FQ330 = 4.4
FQ360 = 4.1

Whats f00king quick for any version. Porsche beating times.

Are the BBS alloys an option - they look so much nicer than the Enkies.

i'd put money on it that most porsches eg newer 911's, boxsters, caymans would get better mpg than a lot of subarus, never mind the figures above. I could easily get 30mpg out of a carrera 2 on a decent length run which i couldn't with a my03 sti and it drank less around town too. Now if you'd said a new m3 or rs4
