MK 2 Mondeo Locking problem Help anyone ?
I have a P reg Mk11 mondeo as my pub / shopping car 
and the locking is on a remote key, anyway it stopped working suddenly so I bought some new batteries and the key is lighting up and transmitting but the doors aren't locking / unlocking.
Anyone got any idea's ?

A complete guess here, but does it need re-programing after a battery change?
I think I had to take my old rover back to the dealer after a battery change.
Could be completely wrong though

Yep with the MK2 I believe you get 15 seconds ish to swop the battery over, or it looses its coding.
Sounds more scary then it is, if you have the manual for the car check in there for details (assuming there nice enough to tell you) as I cannot remember how to realign the codes off the top of my head.
