Some woman you have there. Saving for years to get a car, and waiting for a certain age due to insurance, thought only us men did that. Best of luck finding what you require

This has real sense of de ja vu.

I remember an almost identical situation 6 months ago. I will have a look around here but autotrader and pistonheads and the civic forums are your best bet mate.

Off topic I know, does the RS16i in your user name refer to a Mk3 Rs1600i Escort by any chance?

Out of a DC2, DC5 and EK9 - which is the quickest point to point or round a track? It has to be pretty close?

There is a best motoring video comparing the EK9 and DC2 round the track and the DC2 wins very convincingly.

YouTube - Integra Type R VS Civic Type R
YouTube - Honda Integra Type R vs Civic Type R Part I=
YouTube - honda integra type r dc2 96 vs 98=

hmmm, the performance figures for the DC2 and EK9 are almost identical, the EK9 has 185bhp as standard, the DC2 has 200bhp but is slightly heavier. coincidently it happens that i know folks with a UKDM and a JDM DC2, the JDm is much faster, the EK9 was identical in performance in a line and thru the bends as a the JDM DC2 and would leave the UKDM DC2 with ease.

those videos prove nothing other than bad driving lol, my mate ran a 14.2 in a stock JDM DC2, the EK9 will also run mid 14's all day long.

Private Imports 2007 - Cars and parts from Japan could source you what you want, based out of edinburgh and is run by a couple of complete honda nutters so as you may guess their niche is honda.

between them in the past 2 years they have owned 2 dc2's,ek9,ef9 and 2 eg6's and thats just the ones i know of.

both of their current cars are on the website track spec dc2 and b18 eg6.

if you are patient enough to wait a bit then i would say speak to these guys about getting something brought in for you.

You could try Andy at ..:: 200bhpCars :: Sport and Performance Japanese car imports ::.., has a very good reputation over on Honda Integra Type R Owners Website

I think he had an EK9 not so long ago . .

The EK9 they have on there now is FATCTR of B-Factory's old car. The first time I saw their ad for it, they claimed to have done all the mods etc to the car themselves but seems they've now changed it to the former owner did it. IIRC the car is also an old Honda Rev member's car before FATCTR and it was in the UK before April 2000. A bit misleading if that is correct.
